"Gromko" is an actor, a new citizen attempting to determine the lack of social and cultural content in Pula. The project is a mobile infrastructure that enables simple and democratic access for citizens, individuals or organizations to create a platform for the purpose of exchanging knowledge and skills. The key program, which is located on the structure itself, consists of an electric generator and sound system as a basic necessary activator for various events.
